Privacy, in plain words

What we hold

• Your account: your name, carrier name, email address, and MC and USDOT numbers — sign-in is by an emailed link, and we hold no password for you.
• Your claim file: the documents you upload (rate confirmations, bills of lading, delivery proofs, invoices, correspondence), the claim's amounts and dates, and the surety's correspondence about it.
• Payment records from Stripe for the fee you paid. We never see or store your card details.

What appears in public, and what never does

• A documented event on a broker's page shows the filing month, the surety, an amount band rather than the exact figure, and the claim's stated status.
• Your name, your carrier's name, MC and USDOT numbers, driver names, signatures, phone numbers and email addresses are never shown on a public event. Your identity is verified privately and kept apart from the public record. The surety itself receives your real name, because a claim must name its claimant.
• Your documents are never published. They are held with the claim file and shown to the surety as the claim requires.

What we never do

• We never sell, rent or share your file for marketing — ours or anyone else's.
• We never contact a broker about you except as the claim itself requires: the claim filed with the surety, and the companion letters sent in your name at your direction.
• We never use claim documents to train models or build profiles.

Who processes what

Stripe processes fee payments. Resend delivers email, including your sign-in links. Cloudflare hosts the service. Each receives only what its job requires.

Deletion

On request to help@doogex.com we delete your account and claim file and confirm the deletion by email, except where a filed claim's records must be kept for the claim's own life and our legal duties; public events already recorded from a surety's acknowledgment remain as the historical record, still without your identity.
